Find the proposal
Southwark links to its consultation hub from its community engagement pages. Use the project’s own page to check the proposal, supporting documents, closing date, and response route. A borough-wide consultation is not necessarily a proposal for this estate.
Before responding:
- Check which buildings, services, or residents the proposal affects.
- Read the options and any supporting documents.
- Explain the practical effect on you, and identify the change or clarification you want.
- Submit through the stated route before the deadline and keep a copy or acknowledgement.
For an accessible format or another way to respond, contact the team named in that consultation.
Major works and Section 20
Leaseholders may receive formal consultation notices about qualifying works or long-term agreements affecting service charges. Southwark explains this separate process in its Section 20 guidance. Follow the notice’s instructions and deadlines; a general survey response or discussion at a residents’ meeting should not be assumed to replace a formal response.
See the service charge questions guide for related information.
Estate consultation records
No reviewed estate consultation records are currently listed here. Future entries should link to the proposal, state the deadline and affected area, and record the published outcome when available.
